Although all pouches are the same dimensions (4.5" x 3" x 1"), we've made different size range elastic for best fit. When you receive your armbag, you can then adjust the elastic using one of the three available sizes within your selected range.

To measure your arm size you can take any string or a 8.5" x 14" sheet of paper that you put around your upper arm. Make a mark to highlight where it stops. Then, take a ruler and measure the lenght to the mark. If you can't measure the size, we recommend taking size 10"-11" as it fits most women.

If the arm size is unknown, select "unknown" and we will send you a velcro-adjustable elastic fitting all ranges.
